Visitor Rules in Clinics<\/h3>\n

In our hospital, patient visits are made every day between 10:00 – 22:00.<\/p>\n

Families are informed that children under the age of 12 should not visit patients in our hospital due to the risk of infection and the negative psychological impact on children.<\/p>\n

Visitors should not use the patient’s belongings or sit on the patient’s beds to avoid the risk of infection.<\/p>\n

Visiting hours are limited to 15 minutes.<\/p>\n

No food or drink may be brought in from outside to be given to the patient.<\/p>\n

For the comfort of other patients receiving treatment in our hospital, we are sensitive about not allowing more than three visitors to enter the patient room and not making noise.<\/p>\n

During the treatment and examination procedures of our patients, visitors are expected to leave the room and pay attention to patient privacy.<\/p>\n

Always wash your hands before and after the visit.<\/p>\n

If the visit of our patients is prohibited by their physician for medical reasons, we kindly request that you do not insist on the visit. When you see a warning posted on the patient room door during the visit, do not enter the patient room without consulting the nurse.<\/p>\n

Visitors are strictly forbidden to smoke inside the hospital.<\/p>\n

Accompanying Rules in Clinics<\/h3>\n

The number of companions is limited to 1 (one) person.<\/p>\n

Accompanying persons must comply with hospital rules. In case of violation, the accompaniment status of the person concerned will not be accepted.<\/p>\n

Accompanying persons should not carry out any application for the patient (except under the directives of the physician and nurse).<\/p>\n

Accompanying persons should use hospital belongings and materials in an orderly and clean manner.<\/p>\n

In order to provide you with a peaceful environment, patients and their relatives should not speak loudly or make noise in the patient room and ward corridors. In addition, the televisions in your rooms should be used in a way that does not disturb others.<\/p>\n

Accompanying persons must not take patients out of the hospital or change their bed without the knowledge of the physician or nurse.<\/p>\n

No food or drink should be given to the patient without consulting the physician or nurse.<\/p>\n

Companions must not use tobacco and alcoholic substances within the hospital.<\/p>\n

The ward nurses should be informed about the change of companions.<\/p>\n

Companions should inform the nurse immediately if there is any problem with their patient.<\/p>\n

Companions are expected to assist in the care of their patients only to the extent permitted by the doctor and nurse.<\/p>\n

Companions are expected to comply with all the rules of our hospital.<\/p>\n

Visitor Rules in Intensive Care Units<\/h3>\n

There are no attendants in intensive care units.<\/p>\n

Visitors are admitted to the adult intensive care units 1 (one) time a day at specified hours and the patient’s first degree relatives are informed about the patient.<\/p>\n

In the neonatal intensive care unit, the baby’s mother and father are brought together whenever possible to ensure skin-to-skin contact with the baby.<\/p>\n

Precautions are taken to prevent infection during the visit. (visitor shirt, cap, mask, hand sanitizer, etc.).<\/p>\n

Physical contact with our patients (such as shaking hands, kissing on the cheek) should be avoided. There is a risk of getting an infection from our patient or carrying an infection to our patient.<\/p>\n

During the visit, do not sit on the beds and avoid contact with anything in the hospital environment. Before the visitors are admitted to the ward, nurses explain the rules they must follow and the importance of hand hygiene. Before entering, the hands are disinfected with hand sanitizer under the supervision of a nurse and visitors are allowed to enter. Visitors are prevented from contacting any device or patient during the visit. At the exit, visitors are ensured to have their hands disinfected again with hand sanitizer.<\/p>\n

Children under 18 years of age and pregnant women are at higher risk of infection in hospital settings than adults, so it is inadvisable for them to visit patients.<\/p>\n

Visitors with any infectious disease (cold, diarrhea, etc.) or skin wounds are not accepted.<\/p>\n

In special cases, patient visits may be restricted on doctor’s orders.<\/p>\n

General Rules<\/h3>\n

It is essential that visitors and companions do not disturb other patients. In these and similar situations, people are gently warned.<\/p>\n

In line with the above rules, visit and accompaniment policies are created and published on the official website.<\/p>\n
