OBJECTIVE 1: To provide people with appropriate, effective, accessible and efficient health services<\/strong><\/h4>\n

– Ensuring health service quality and safety
\n– Increasing the capacity, quality and sustainability of health infrastructure and technologies
\n– Studies on energy efficiency of our center
\n– To ensure that people with special needs due to their physical, mental and social conditions have easier access to appropriate health services<\/p>\n

GOAL 2: To ensure institutionalization and professionalization<\/h4>\n

Encouraging and developing internal and external vocational training activities<\/p>\n

OBJECTIVE 3: To ensure a safe working environment in the hospital<\/h4>\n

Ensuring that all personnel receive OHS trainings 100% for 2024.<\/p>\n

OBJECTIVE 4: Emphasizing preventive medicine activities to improve the health of the society<\/h4>\n

– Raising public awareness about the importance of vaccination
\n– Raising public awareness about the fight against obesity<\/p>\n

GOAL 5: To ensure patient satisfaction<\/h4>\n

– Keeping the 2024 patient satisfaction rate at 90% and above
\n– Patient Satisfaction Survey Result; To keep the rate of obtaining information about waiting times at the hospital at 95% and above
\n– Patient Satisfaction Survey Result; keeping the cleaning rate at 90% and above
\n– Patient Satisfaction Survey result;
\n– Maintaining physician selection rate at 90% and above
\n– Patient Satisfaction Survey result;
\n– Keeping the rate of information given to the patient by the physician at 80% (full satisfaction rate) and above<\/p>\n

OBJECTIVE 6: To take necessary measures to prevent cross-infections in terms of patient and employee health<\/h4>\n

– Achieving 90% in hand hygiene score before patient contact
\n– Achieving 90% in hand hygiene score before aseptic procedure
\n– Achieving 80% in hand hygiene score after transmission of body fluids<\/p>\n

OBJECTIVE 7: To take necessary measures to protect Patient and Employee Health<\/h4>\n

– Achieving 90% in hand hygiene score after patient contact
\n– Achieving 80% of the patient environment post-contact score
\n– Keeping sharps injuries below 1%
\n– Keeping contamination with blood and body fluids below 1%<\/p>\n

GOAL 8: To use medical devices and equipment effectively<\/h4>\n

– To ensure that the user is trained by the authorized person within the first 7 days on the use and maintenance of the device received in the provision of medical devices
\n– Ensuring control of oxygen cylinders<\/p>\n

OBJECTIVE 9: To ensure the control, sorting, transportation and disposal of waste, to reduce costs<\/h4>\n
