In both methods, the hair grafts are divided into groups according to the hair follicles they contain and prepared for transplantation. The front hairline is determined in the area where hair transplantation will be performed. Small holes are made by paying attention to the direction of the existing hairs in the area. During this process, the hair follicles present in the area are not damaged and the holes are drilled by paying attention to the hair density in the area. Hair grafts containing 1,2 roots are preferably used to create the front hairline. Grafts containing more hair follicles are used to increase the hair density in the hair helix created in the crown area. The area is cleaned after transplantation.

The “minimally invasive” (minimally damaging) method of hair transplantation is FUE hair transplantation and does not cause incomparably less tissue damage and loss of labor force compared to the old methods. FUE hair transplantation method is not a surgery like other hair transplantation techniques and does not carry general surgery risks such as pain, wound, infection, bleeding, wound dehiscence, scarring. Who can have a hair transplant?
Adults who do not have serious chronic diseases (cardiovascular, kidney diseases, uncontrolled diabetes, bleeding, clotting disorders such as hemophilia?), who have enough hair for transplantation in the area where hair will be taken, and who do not have any skin disorders in the area to be transplanted can have hair transplantation.
Of course, the first person you will apply to in this regard should be an “aesthetic and plastic surgery specialist” who specializes in aesthetic surgeries. Because doctors with this title receive aesthetic surgery specialty training for 6 more years after 6 years of medical education. During this training process, they have participated in and performed many plastic surgeries. Therefore, choosing a good doctor who specializes in this field should be a prerequisite. Where should hair transplantation be performed?
Hair transplantation should be performed by a plastic surgeon and his team under sterile conditions in the small surgical intervention rooms of hospitals. When are the results available?

What should be considered after hair transplantation?
Newly transplanted roots are quite delicate. Especially for the new follicles to adapt smoothly, people who have hair transplantation should avoid contact with water and the use of cosmetic products for the first 2 days after the operation. On the 3rd day after the hair transplantation, the patient is given the first wash in the transplantation center and is shown how to wash on the following days.
There are fine blood leaks from the holes opened in the hair transplantation areas and these clot and appear as crusting on the scalp. Removing or tampering with these crusts can damage or even dislodge newly planted and adapting roots. For this reason, scabs are never intervened.
In the first days after the operation, ice compresses are recommended as much as possible. Thus, swelling that may occur after the operation is prevented.
People who have undergone hair transplantation are forbidden to enter the pool, sea, solarium and sauna and to do sports for 1 month.
For those planting in summer, a hat can be used to protect from sunlight and heat.
For one week after the transplant, the patient is advised to lie on his/her back and avoid touching the transplanted area to the pillow as much as possible.
Antibiotics and painkillers recommended by the doctor should be used for 5 days after the hair transplant operation.
How Should Care Be After Hair Transplantation?
There is no pain during and after the first night after transplantation with the Fue method. Avoid heavy and stressful situations and sports.
The hair transplantation area is not affected by sleeping positions, you can sleep in any position you want. Since no veins or nerves are cut in your neck, permanent scarring, numbness or tension is not expected. Hair, including the transplanted area, can be washed 48 hours after hair transplantation. In order to wash the hair, a care lotion must be applied first, then it is washed with shampoo special for hair transplantation. Especially in the first 3 days, the transplanted area should not be hit, the same care should be taken in the following periods. For the first 15 days, a sun-protective hat should be used when going out, it is recommended to enter the pool and the sea in a way that does not put your head in.
