As management, our goal is to plan and implement the necessary activities to continuously improve and develop the quality management system. Our general principle in the service process is to keep patient satisfaction at the highest level based on patient-oriented approach. To closely follow technological and scientific developments and incorporate them into the service process, thus continuously improving the quality of health services.

We strive to meet the expectations and demands of our patients, suppliers and employees at the highest level, providing them with an environment they trust. Since the first day we started to provide healthcare services, we have continuously supported our healthcare professionals with trainings in order to provide and improve quality services, to contribute to their development and to ensure that they take an active role in improvement processes.

As an important issue in all health service delivery areas of our hospital, it is to create qualified manpower capacity and to aim to provide services in a professional manner. To maintain the continuity of patient and employee safety services in a complete manner within the framework of honesty, leadership, excellence, safety, timeliness and fairness in order to obtain national and international accreditation certificates.

To progress by aiming to be successful in the Ministry of Health Quality Standards evaluations with the process management approach of all services provided in our hospital.
