He was born in 1974 in Çorlu. He completed his primary and secondary education at Lüleburgaz Emrullah Efendi Primary School, Lüleburgaz Secondary School and Lüleburgaz High School. He completed his medical education at Uludağ University Faculty of Medicine and his specialty training at Zonguldak Bülent Ecevit University Hospital, Department of Urology. After working at Tokat Reşadiye Kabalı Village Health Center (general practitioner 2000), Ağrı Patnos State Hospital Urology Specialist (compulsory service 2006-2007), he has been serving at Private Medikent Hospital since 2008. (He completed his military service as a Medical Lieutenant at Kayseri Air Hospital in 2010).
He is married and has two children. His interests include soccer, tennis, fishing, olive and olive structure production, gardening.
