He was born in 1969 in NEVŞEHİR / KOZAKLI. He completed primary school at Kozaklı Devrim Primary School, secondary school at Kozaklı İmam Hatip High School and high school at İzmir Science High School. He completed his medical education at Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine and his specialty education at 9 Eylül University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Otorhinolaryngology. After working at Kırklareli SSK Hospital and Kırklareli State Hospital respectively, he has been serving at Private Medikent Hospital since 2012.
He is married and has two children. It performs all kinds of ear, nose, throat and head and neck surgery procedures.
