He was born in 1968 in Silivri. Due to his father’s duty, he attended primary school in Bingöl and Çanakkale and secondary school in Van. He completed high school at Ankara Atatürk High School. In 1985, he entered Ankara University Faculty of Medicine and graduated in 1991. He completed his compulsory service between 1991 and 1993 in Kars Selim, Çankırı Orta Elmalık and Ankara Keçiören Kuşçağız health centers. He completed his specialty training at Trakya University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology between 1993 and 1998.
Between 1998 and 2008, he worked at Lüleburgaz State Hospital and has been working at Private Medikent Hospital since 2008. He is married and has two children.
