He was born in 1966 in Diyarbakır. He completed his primary and secondary education in Bursa and Antalya. He completed his medical education at Akdeniz University Faculty of Medicine and his specialty training at Istanbul Lütfi Kırdar University Hospital. After working at Istanbul Okmeydanı Hospital and Lüleburgaz State Hospital respectively, he has been serving at Private Medikent Hospital since 2022.
