He was born in 1976 in Tarsus. He completed his primary and secondary education in Mersin Tarsus. He completed his medical education at Selçuk University Meram Faculty of Medicine and his specialty education at Trakya University Faculty of Medicine. After working at Elazığ Military Hospital and Çanakkale State Hospital respectively, he has been serving at Private Medikent Hospital since 2015.
He is married and has two children.
